Recent updates
- Wrote a post on how several frontier models are substantially prefill-aware!
- Left METR! Still feeling sad about it, but it's time to move on.
- Figuring out where to go next career-wise. Making choices is always hard, but it's a great problem to have!
- Sorting out housing logistics. Hopefully we can figure this out quickly, or else we'll be homeless in July...
What's on my mind right now?
- I've been thinking a lot about my mental state. I crash out easily and I want to fix this.
- I feel very confused thinking about x-risk in China. How big is the loss-of-control risk there? Should I work on this?
- Imposter syndrome and confidence issues still persist. Going on walks and talking to friends has been really helpful!
- Feeling grateful as ever to have such a great community around me. I love you all!
